2022 PAC-12 SUSTAINABILITY CONFERENCE COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The Pac-12 Sustainability Conference takes the safety of its exhibitors, sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees very seriously. As the situation with COVID-19 is changing daily, we are closely monitoring the response by healthcare and government officials so we can ensure the protection of all our stakeholders. We will continue to update our sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees as changes are made.
The Pac-12 Sustainability Conference will take place in-person at the University of Utah. In person attendees should be aware of the following policies:

Face coverings are required

  • To further protect our attendees, and our larger community, face coverings will be required for the duration of the event, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings must fully cover the mouth and nose.
  • Exceptions to wearing face coverings are during meals, and while speakers are talking during their program segment.

Do Not Attend

Individuals should not attend the event if you are COVID-positive, are exhibiting COVID symptoms (as defined by the CDC), or have been exposed, within 14 days prior to the event, to someone who was COVID-positive or showed COVID symptoms. The Pac-12 Sustainability Conference will issue a refund, or convert to a virtual ticket, anyone fitting this criteria.

Additional Safety Measures

  • University of Utah is committed to providing a safe space for attendees, and organizers are working with the University to ensure all necessary steps are taken to keep our attendees as safe as possible.
  • The Pac-12 Sustainability Conference will have additional masks on-hand for attendees.

Let us know of any additional safety measures we can take to ensure a safe environment in June. Send as an email at hannah@socialenterprises.net with suggestions and/or recommendations.
